In late October, Horizon Science Academy Des Moines (HSADSM), in partnership with a nonprofit affiliate, completed the purchase of the historic Franklin building at 4801 Franklin Ave. Current tenants remain in place, and HSA Des Moines is proud to serve as a steward of this landmark facility—continuing its legacy as a community-centered hub for learning, service, and connection.
As part of this stewardship, HSA Des Moines has a limited number of suites available for lease. Available spaces range from approximately 425 sq. ft. private offices to 1,250 sq. ft. classroom-style suites, well-suited for mission-aligned nonprofits, community organizations, and service providers.
Rates start at $6 per square foot (plus applicable additional rent/operating costs). Tenants benefit from a central location, on-site parking, and a professionally managed, well-maintained building.
